Greetings,

We are excited to begin preparing for our 18th Annual Auction and we need your support to make it the most successful auction yet! We believe in changing lives. We do this every day by providing adolescent programs that reduce substance abuse and improve coping strategies.

We believe YOU can help us make a difference.

We are asking you to support our annual fundraiser. Our 18th Annual Auction will be held on the evening of Friday November 1, 2019. Our celebration features a silent auction, a live auction, games and prizes, good food and great friends.

This event can only be successful with the support of local businesses like yours. Please consider supporting us!

Ways to Support

The Upper Room 18th Annual Auction and Dinner is this Friday!

We are excited that you have chosen to attend The 18th Annual Upper Room Auction and Dinner this year. Below is information about the event. Please forward this email to the friends you are bringing.

Location: Tupelo Music Hall, 10 A Street, Derry, New Hampshire

Theme: Come Sail Away! Dressy casual, cruise-inspired attire is encouraged! Calling all captains, sailors, beach goers, etc.

5:30 pm - Registration Begins

NEW CHECK IN! To make your check out easier and faster, we now have the ability to swipe credit cards at check in. Each attendee will also receive a drink ticket good for select beer, wine or soda.

5:30 - 6:45 pm - Silent and Super Silent Auction

Walk around and explore the many beautiful baskets and packages from your favorite local businesses ready for your bids. Silent Items will be on display in the lobby. Make sure you also check out the Super Silent items located in the back of the event hall.

7:00 pm - Dinner and Live Auction

Enjoy a delicious dinner before our MC, Bill Burke, leads us through the live auction where you will have the opportunity to bid on over a dozen great packages including travel, getaways, sports, skiing, dining, tools and shopping!

Fund-a-Family - Midway through the Live Auction is a chance for all of our friends and supporters to Fund a Family. Raising your paddle during Fund-a-Family indicates a gift of $250 to The Upper Room -- it means you believe in our work and want us to continue. #itsforthechildren

Musical Guest - Band for Hire, a local band featuring Morgane Grace, Jake Hudgins, Jason Jarek, and Alex Fellows.

Artist - Kady Messina will be creating a painting live which will represent the night's nautical theme and honor our late founder, Anna Willis.
