Substance Use Education for Youth

Location: The Upper Room

Phases is a course series offered through The Upper Room’s Adolescent Wellness Service. 

This educational self-awareness program provides you with the following:

• Opportunity to evaluate your personal relationship with substances.
• Information about how your genetics and habits relate to addiction.
• A program led by knowledgeable facilitators.
• Parents participate in the program.

Successful completion of the course includes:

• Individual assessment.
• Attendance at all scheduled classes.
• Development of a personal plan.

Cost: Non-refundable registration fee: $180.
