Rejuven8 is supported through the Upper Room's Adolescent Wellness Program and is funded through New Hampshire's Bureau of Drug and Alcohol Services.

Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

Closing Fridays at 1:00 pm through Labor Day

Some programs and services are scheduled outside of office hours and by appointment.
