Community Service Learning Opportunities (CSLO)

Supervised community service projects for youth ages 13-18.


Perfect for youth who are looking to connect with their community and make a difference through meaningful service. We accept referrals from courts, schools, and parents.

  • Projects take place at The Upper Room or off-site in the local community.
  • Meets Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3-6 pm.
  • Registration is required with a $25 participation fee.
  • Projects include city beautification, outdoor work, assisting senior citizens, farm work, event prep, helping community partners, and team/character building with a variety of guest speakers.
  • Letter of completion is provided.


Drop off and pick up at The Upper Room, and transportation to off-site projects is provided by staff.
