Announcing a new program for young adults 18-25 who are wondering about the struggles they might be having with relationships or employment -- in general, the tough transition to adulthood!  Young Adult Strategies to promote the health and well-being of young adults, by addressing barriers, supporting needs, and offering short and long term support for those who are concerned about work, substance use, mental health, relationships, and connectedness to the services they need. YAS will address concerning behaviors, provide educational and group support, and make appropriate referrals for those services we do not provide, by bridging and assisting those seeking help.

New weekly group for parents and little kids! Connect is a new program, meeting Friday mornings from 11am to 12:30pm, for parents, grandparents, caregivers of young children 0-6. Meet other parents & bring the kids! Support, discussion & coffee for the parents & caregivers, childcare, crafts & snacks for the little ones. 
Fridays 11am-12:30pm:  December 1, 8, 15, 22.
