Young Adult Strategies!

Announcing a new program for young adults 18-25 who are wondering about the struggles they might be having with relationships or employment -- in general, the tough transition to adulthood!  Young Adult Strategies to promote the health and well-being of young adults, by addressing barriers, supporting needs, and offering short and long term support for those who are concerned about work, substance use, mental health, relationships, and connectedness to the services they need. YAS will address concerning behaviors, provide educational and group support, and make appropriate referrals for those services we do not provide, by bridging and assisting those seeking help.

A new weekly group for parents and children! Connect is a great program, meeting Friday mornings from 11am-12:30 pm

Support group/playgroup for parents, grandparents & caregivers caring for young children 0 - 6.

Fridays 11am-12:30pm
starting January 5

Meet other parents & bring your children! Support, discussion & coffee for the parents & caregivers
Childcare is provided & children welcome, play and activities available while the adults meet.
