The Upper Room is a non-profit Family Resource Center located in Derry, NH. We offer programs

for individuals, parents, teens and young adults. Our staff, volunteers and board members are committed to improving people's lives and encourage your participation and referrals.

Office Hours

Monday - Friday: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

Summer Fridays: 9:00 am - 1:00 pm

(June 28 - August 30)

Some programs and services are scheduled outside of office hours and by appointment. 


Illness Policy

Please do not attend classes/programs if you are ill. Call/email your program staff that you are ill.

Food Pantry Hours

Mondays 11:00 am - 1:00 pm (back entrance)

The Upper Room is proud to a part of the Your Voice campaign, a statewide project dedicated to celebrating the critical role family voice plays in the shaping of services and systems throughout the Granite State. This campaign launched in partnership with the New Hampshire Children's Trust, the Parent Information Center of NH, and New Hampshire Family Voices.
