WITH THE SUPPORT OF SOUTH CENTRAL PUBLIC HEALTH NETWORK THE UPPER ROOM IS ANNOUNCING A NEW PROGRAM Transitions-Young Adult Strategies (YAS) will promote the health and well-being of young people, 18-25.

. • Do you have concerns about any of your employees?
• Are you concerned about anything affecting their presence or productivity in the workplace?
• Have you ever wondered how you could better support them? We can help! 

Our program is designed to eliminate barriers to success, offer short and long term support to people who are concerned about work, substance use, mental health and relationships. Our goal is to connect them to the services they need. We want to help people navigate the difficulties of emerging adulthood because we understand that life brings many types of challenges and changes. We would welcome the opportunity to assist your employees and/or co-workers gain skills and understanding to become more effective and productive in your workplace and our community.

Implementing programming to address key risk factors for young adults, including work stressors, lack of positive stress-coping strategies, and undiagnosed mental illness

This project is supported by funding from the Partnership for Success 2015 grant awarded to the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services by the Substance Abuse Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA).
