From the South:
Take Route 93 exit #4 (Derry, Londonderry, Route 102). At end of off-ramp, take a right onto Rte. 102 East.
Go through Derry (lights at Fordway Ext. and Birch St/Crystal Ave.), past the Library (on the left), the Hoodcroft golf course, and to the traffic circle.
At the Circle, go 3/4 way around (or, make a left) onto By-Pass Rte. 28.
Go up the hill past Pinkerton Academy to the very next set of lights.
Betley Chevrolet will be on your left, a white church on your right.
Take a right at this set of lights onto Tsienneto Road.
The UPPER ROOM is the sixth property on your left, #36. A green and white sign with our logo stands by the road. The facility is a U-shaped, white clapboard building with parking just beyond the property on your left. Take that left turn just past the bushes and enter by the rear door.
From the North:
Take exit #5 (Londonderry, Route 28) if traveling from the North. Off the exit, take a left and travel SOUTH on Route 28 for 3 miles. You will pass through a set of lights at Wal*Mart. Go through the next set of light and at the third set of lights, you will see Applebee's on your right. Take a left here and go past a strip mall and into a condo area of red brick buildings.
At the end of this winding road, you will hit Route 28 By-Pass. Take a right and at the lights immediately before you, you will turn left. This is Tsienneto Road.
The UPPER ROOM is the sixth property on your left. Go just beyond the property and take the left road for parking. Enter the rear door.
